Throughout her 20-year career in clinical psychology, Michelle has always had a passion for working with teams and helping them develop ways in which to better support their staff and clients. In the NHS she led an innovative training and consultation service and in 2018 she founded her own psychology practice, managing a team of therapists providing therapy and workplace wellbeing workshops. 

Michelle has a vast experience in training small and large global organisations and believes in making evidence based psychological information accessible to everyone.

Michelle is highly skilled in working with loss, grief and trauma, and her own lived experience of baby loss has further enriched her professional expertise. Her award-winning blog has led to Michelle speaking in multiple forums on the subject of pregnancy and baby loss including panel events, podcasts, live television and radio.

Outside of her work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family by the south coast and has a newfound passion for sea swimming.

Spanning a 21-year career, Anna has had the privilege of supporting thousands of families through their journey to parenthood. And as an NHS Bereavement Specialist Midwife, she continues to provide tender care to those families where the worst has happened.

Anna’s has boundless passion for providing the best quality care for bereaved parents. She ensures that her knowledge and skills follow the most recent guidance, and she has an incredible ability in navigating the support networks that are available for those who have experienced loss.

Alongside her work in the NHS, Anna has also worked with the national baby loss charity Tommy’s as one of their Specialist Midwives. Here she provided support and guidance via their free telephone and email service as well as through social media.
